Yesterday my friend Ray Curran gave me a tour of his 49 acres of land with 2 miles of trails on his ATV. This is some of the most beautiful land I have ever seen. Here is a comprehensive look at what is for sale: Some Attributes 484 Hardy Road The street address is 484 Hardy Road. Approximately 49 acres, bisected by Beaver Brook, a perennial trout stream, composed of lawns, gardens, woodlands, and marsh. Approximately 10 acres of woods lies on the east side of Beaver Brook, accessible from Perkins Road by crossing adjoining ownerships, or by a ford of Beaver Brook. The back corners of the property are well marked as are the side lines. There is a barn dating from 1973 and newer storage sheds. These sheds and barn are used for boats, garden tools, an ATV, firewood, fuel, lumber, parts and supplies. A 2 car garage was built in 2006. There are approximately 2 miles of ATV roads, foot paths, and trails on the property extending from edge to edge. A map is available. Master Bathroom
