For clients selling a home, I will prepare a detailed comparative market analysis and overview of your property
I’ll provide advice on how best to prepare your home to sell, extensive marketing and targeted advertising, superior negotiation, the best price possible, and a purchase agreement contract prepared for your attorney.
For clients desiring home valuation, I will send a value report and market analysis of your property with no obligation
The process can be as simple as answering a few questions over the phone and emailing photos of your property, or we can schedule an appointment in your home determine the features of and improvements to your property that will bring you the best possible price.
